WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • An initial assessment with Nik Quinlan (30 min)

  • Weekly exercise classes (45 minutes each)

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for exercise, a small towel and a drink bottle.
