GLA:D CLASSES

The "Good Life with Osteoarthritis: Denmark" or “GLA:D”- is a program of education and exercise designed to help reduce the symptoms of hip and/or knee osteoarthritis. Our class participants have seen incredible results following attending our GLA:D programs including a reduction in pain and an increase in strength and movement in the knees.

Good Life with Osteoarthritis: Denmark

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • An initial consult with Brianna Jones (30 minutes)

  • 2 Education Sessions (60 minutes each)

  • 12 Supervised Exercise Sessions over 6 weeks (60 minutes each)

  • Classes are run in small groups of 4-6 people.

  • Once you complete the 12 exercise sessions, a 3-month follow up is required to re-assess outcome measures and goals.

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for exercise

  • Please bring a small towel and a drink bottle.
