James graduated from the University of Canberra with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy.

He has previously worked in the sporting industry as a sports trainer and as a coach with various Rugby and Australian Football teams.

He also has many years of experience working within the disability sector, providing care and therapy to a large variety of people.

James has a keen interest in shoulder and neck injuries. He is also passionate about concussion management having personal experience in concussion rehabilitation.

In his spare time, James is a competitive Olympic weightlifter and coach as well as a mad Collingwood supporter.
